1. Please have your invoice/services number ready before contacting us.

2. How to locate invoice/services sticker: See the image below for more info.

3. Your invoice/service sticker will start with IL12345, DS67890, and NY13579, etc. (This depends on the area of where it's located on the back of the tub.)

4. Dial (877) 322-7827 and select option 2 for further assistance.
