New Star Spa & Furniture should not be liable under any circumstances for any damage resulting from dyed color or dye transfer stains, misuse, unauthorized repairs, submersion or water damage, improper water additives, or harmful cleaning agents, and chemicals causing staining, fading, or discoloration of the surfaces of the materials, daily wear and tear.
