Posted by Cindy Chau on

Your pedicure chair is one of the most-used pieces of equipment in your salon, so keeping it clean and maintained helps it look better, last longer, and avoid costly repairs.

Clean After Every Client

  • Drain and rinse the tub
  • Disinfect the tub
  • Wipe down the chair, armrests, and controls
  • Clean the footrest and remove any product buildup
  • Clean the Wet End & remove any debris

Weekly Deep Cleaning

  • Fill the tub with warm water + pedicure tub cleaner
  • Run jets for 10–15 minutes, then drain and rinse
  • Clean the drain screen/filter to prevent clogs and slow draining

Monthly Maintenance

  • Check for leaks or loose hoses underneath the chair
  • Test massage and chair functions to make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Tighten any loose screws or parts

Extra Tips

  • Keep remotes and control panels dry
  • Fix small issues early before they turn into big repairs

A clean, well-maintained pedicure chair keeps your salon looking professional and helps your investment last for years.
