What services do you offer at New Star Spa?

We specialize in manufacturing luxury pedicure spa chairs and modern furniture for nail salons, hair salons, and spas. Our offerings include custom furniture design services, 3D modeling, logo design services, VIP tours, and a wide range of salon equipment and accessories. 

Do I need an appointment to visit?

Appointments are not required; walk-ins are welcome during business hours. However, scheduling an appointment can ensure personalized attention.

💳 Payment & Policies

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit & Debit Cards: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Cash: Cash payments are accepted at all showroom locations.

Bank Transfers: For larger purchases, especially wholesale or bulk orders, we accept wire or ACH bank transfers.

Financing Plans: We offer financing through trusted third-party providers, allowing you to split your purchase into manageable monthly payments. Ask our team for available plans and how to apply.

Business Checks: Accepted for salon or spa owners making commercial purchases. Valid ID and processing time may apply.

At this time, we require a 70% deposit on large furniture orders to secure your goods.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes, we offer financing options to make our products more accessible. Please inquire at your local showroom or contact us for more details to see what our requirements are. 

What is your return or exchange policy?

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of item. RMA number is required for all returns

A refund will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Returned items must be in new condition, in the original box, and must not be installed.

We will refund you for the item(s) you return if all the above mentioned conditions are met.

New Star Spa & Furniture Corp reserves the right and will charge a restocking fee of 30% or exchange fee of 10% of the retail value of any and all items that are returned. The returns department will determine the fee based on the condition and manner of your return.

All returned items sent back in used and/or damaged condition will be rejected and sent back to the buyer. If customers reject their return shipment (rejected due to ineligibility), New Star Spa & Furniture Corp reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.

For your protection, we recommend using a reputable carrier to ship and insure your package. We are not responsible in any manner for lost or damaged item that has been shipped to us. Please retain your shipping receipt. PLEASE SEND ALL RETURNS TO:

Return Exceptions

Our returns department inspects each and every product that is returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns for any and all returned items if one or more of the following has occurred:

Obvious wear & tear such as scratches or dents on any item.

Any item that has been laundered tailored and/or altered, etc.

Protective or original packaging that has been defaced in any manner, or is absent upon return.

Custom made items are not eligible for return.

Refund Information

A refund will be remitted to you via your original payment for the item amount minus the original shipping and handling fees. If you had received FREE SHIPPING on your original order, you will be refunded the item amount less our shipping/handling costs. A refund confirmation email will be sent to you.

Are there warranties on your massage chairs?

New Star Spa & Furniture Corp’s pedicure spa is warranted for a period of two years on parts excluding magna jet, wet end, drain pump, sink, and shipping on the second year. This period begins on the date of purchase. New Star Spa & Furniture should not be liable under any circumstances for any damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, submersion or water damage, improper water additives, or harmful cleaning agents, and chemical causing staining, fading, or discoloration of the surfaces of the materials, daily wear and tear. This limited warranty covers replacement parts for defective items only. This limited warranty covers standard delivery of replacement parts only. Overnight shipment is available upon request at an additional charge.

Do you offer gift cards or store credit?

We do not offer gift cards but we do offer store credit.

What should I do if my massage chair stops working?

Please visit our Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/@newstarspafurniture1198 to find videos of how to troubleshoot and repair specific chair models. 

Can someone come to my nail salon to set up the pedicure chairs and furniture?

Yes, we offer delivery and installation on specific orders. For more information, please contact a sales associate in one of our showrooms. 

Do your chairs accommodate all body types and heights?

Yes, most of our models are adjustable and designed to comfortably support a wide range of heights and body types. We always recommend visiting our showrooms to try them in person to see what feels best for you. Our maximum recommended weight for pedicure chairs is 300 lb and other chairs (customer, technician, etc) is 350 lbs.

Absolutely! We encourage it. Our showroom is designed so you can relax and experience the full range of features before making a decision for your business. 

Do you offer private appointments or showroom tours?

At New Star Spa & Furniture, we offer exclusive VIP Showroom Tours for qualified buyers who aren’t located near one of our locations. This experience includes a complimentary round-trip flight, hotel accommodations, and a free meal. Guests receive a personalized walk-through of our Philadelphia showroom and warehouse, where they can explore our full collection, see products up close, and get expert guidance tailored to their salon’s needs.
